At Meynell & Mason Funeral Directors Newton Aycliffe we are here for bereaved families looking for help with arranging a funeral. We are proud to serve local families with our team who are dedicated, compassionate and respectful to everyone who comes to us for support. We aim to provide the best service that we possibly can, so you and your family can pay your respects to someone dear to you in a way that is both personal and meaningful. Before joining with three other funeral homes in County Durham to create Meynell & Mason Funeral Directors, we were simply known as Meynells Funeral Services. John Meynell established the family business in 1910 with their first funeral home in Darlington. Fast forward to 1996, we were their second funeral home to help provide support to the wider area. We are also a part of Dignity, as we continue to thrive whilst providing the same high standards which John Meynell was renowned for. You can find us on Stephenson Way in Newton Aycliffe, ready to provide professional and respectful funeral care to local families.
