Previously S&R Childs Funeral Services, we have joined fellow funeral homes in Oxfordshire to create Oliver & James Funeral Directors. At our Abingdon funeral home, we have been serving families part of the Oxford community since 1997. Since then, we have continually strived to set the bar for funeral services, care and facilities because we know how important it is to get the arrangements right for saying goodbye to a loved one. We aim to tailor your loved one’s funeral to be as you wish, by prioritising both the larger and smaller details. We have a distinguished Daimler fleet, with every vehicle kept to immaculate standards. However, if you have a type of alternative transport in mind for the funeral, we can arrange this too, such as a horse drawn carriage. Our team can also support you on other ways to personalise a funeral service, including flowers, music, readings and more.
